100 Push-Ups A Day For 30 Days (Real Results)
Another day another challenge, this time 100 push-ups a day for 30 Days. I completed the 25 push-ups a day for 25 days to help raise awareness for mental health. And this got me thinking about the 100 push-ups a day challenge, and if it works, would I see results. The only way to find out was to give it a go. Push-ups are an excellent way for anyone to get into shape. They help you build muscle strength, allow your body to adjust to strenuous activity, and even help boost your immune system.
